Welcome! We can’t wait to meet you! Try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class so we can give you a full tour of the space and make sure you’re all set! We provide mats and towels are available to rent for €2. All you need to do it wear is clothes you feel comfortable getting really sweaty in and make sure to bring a water bottle!
To honor the focus and flow of each session, we ask that all members arrive on time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class has started, you won’t be able to join that session. This policy helps ensure a smooth, respectful experience for everyone on the mat. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our shared space!
Studio 2B is a Pilates studio that offers a variety of heated classes for individuals of all fitness levels.
We love the heat! Class temperatures range depending on the class style but you can expect anywhere from 22-30 degrees. Exercising in a heated room creates a more challenging atmosphere, increases your heart rate, boosts cardiovascular health, improves lung capacity, encourages flexibility, and feels amazing!
All purchases at our studio are non-refundable and non-transferrable, and credits must be used before their original expiration date. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for everyone in our community.
We understand that unexpected travel or schedule changes can happen. While we’re not able to extend credits as a standard practice, we may occasionally offer a one-time, short extension in exceptional circumstances. These are handled on a case-by-case basis and can’t be guaranteed.
To get the most out of your pack, we always recommend booking ahead when possible and keeping an eye on your expiration date in your account.
We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes that allow for a full range of motion. Socks are not required, but recommended for all classes.
You can sign up for classes through our website. We recommend signing up in advance to ensure your spot in class.
Yes! Classes have been created with all fitness levels in mind, and there are always modifications given to make the class less and more challenging.
