Hot Pilates combines the strength-building, core-focused exercises of Pilates with the therapeutic warmth of infrared heat. This is a low impact, high intensity, full body workout that will allow you to strengthen, lengthen and tone all at once!
Like the name suggests, this 45 minute class is all about the arms and core! Low impact moves with the incorporation of weights will give you a spicy upper body burn.
If strengthening and sculpting your booty and core is what you are aiming for, this class is for you! Low impact moves, with the incorporation of weights and resistance bands will give you a spicy lower body and core burn. This class is 45 minutes.
This high-energy, strength-focused class is the perfect blend of Pilates and full-body sculpting. Set in our heated studio, Hot Sculpt will challenge you with dynamic, strength-building sequences designed to tone, sculpt, and leave you feeling stronger than ever. Expect a fun, empowering workout that targets all the right spots and builds long-lasting muscle. This class is 45 minutes.

Welcome! We can’t wait to meet you! Try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class so we can give you a full tour of the space and make sure you’re all set! We provide mats and towels are available to rent for €2. All you need to do it wear is clothes you feel comfortable getting really sweaty in and make sure to bring a water bottle!
Studio 2B is a Pilates studio that offers a variety of heated classes for individuals of all fitness levels.
We love the heat! Class temperatures range depending on the class style but you can expect anywhere from 24-28 degrees. Exercising in a heated room creates a more challenging atmosphere, increases your heart rate, boosts cardiovascular health, improves lung capacity, encourages flexibility, and feels amazing!
We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes that allow for a full range of motion. Socks are not required, but recommended for all classes.
You can sign up for classes through our website. We recommend signing up in advance to ensure your spot in class.
Yes! Classes have been created with all fitness levels in mind, and there are always modifications given to make the class less and more challenging.
